`Toyosu Senkyakubanrai ”, which has been attracting attention for some time has finally opened on February 1st (Thursday).

The concept for this facility began in 2015 with the aim of inheriting the vitality that is an asset of Tsukiji Market and creating the vibrancy that is unique to Toyosu Market. It is a popular spot that aims to not only promote town development and regional revitalization in collaboration with the adjacent Toyosu Market main facility, but also increase inbound tourism to the market and Japan as a whole. It is connected to the deck of Yurikamome/Ichiba-mae Station, and can be reached in about 4 minutes on foot from the ticket gate.

The facility’s name, senkyakubanrai, means “a constant flow of customers, with many coming and going.” It seems that the hope is that many people will visit and it will become lively.

What creates this liveliness are the two buildings that make up the facility: the food and entertainment building “ Toyosu Outer Edomae Market ” and the hot springs building “ Tokyo Toyosu Manyo Club .”

“Toyosu Outer Edomae Market” is a commercial facility consisting of 3 floors with approximately 70 stores. The building recreates the old Edo townscape by using traditional building materials such as granite and Awaji Island’s ibushi tiles, as well as wooden buildings made from materials from Tama. On the other hand, “Tokyo Toyosu Manyo Club” is the flagship facility of a hot spring bathing facility with 10 locations nationwide. You can enjoy the spectacular view of Tokyo Bay while soaking in the open-air bath or footbath.
