We sincerely apologize for the distress and inconvenience caused to our passengers, their families and all those affected by the accident involving Flight JL516 on Tuesday, January 2. In consideration of the impact of this accident, we will accept booking changes or ticket refunds without any fees for customers who have a booking on our flights as follows. Customers requesting a booking change or refund must do so before Wednesday, January 31, 2024.
