NARITA AIRPORT RECEIVES 5-STAR RATING FROM GLOBAL AVIATION RATING AGENCY

Narita Airport received the highest five-star rating in the WORLD AIRPORT RATING conducted by SKYTRAX.

SKYTRAX’s ratings are assessed by the company’s researchers from a traveler’s perspective on up to 800 items in each category, such as airport facilities and services. Each category and overall rating is rated from 1 to 5 stars.

Regarding this result, Narita Airport has introduced advanced security equipment, expanded security checkpoints, worked on a universal design terminal aiming to be one of the best in the world, opened a restaurant floor called “JAPAN FOOD HALL,” and responded to the needs of airport staff which were all included in the evaluation.
