INFORMATION ON THE CHANGE OF ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE TERMINAL AT MANILA (NINOY AQUINO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT)
Effective June 16, 2023, all PR international flights departing from or arriving at Manila Airport will depart from or arrive at Terminal 1 (T1). The following information applies to transferring between terminals and lounge services.
TRANSIT BELOW
PR International flight (T1) ⇒ PR Domestic flight (T2)
1. After disembarking from the aircraft, please go through immigration.
2. Pick up your baggage at the baggage claim area (Baggage Claim).
3. If customs declaration is required, please complete customs clearance procedures at customs.
4. Re-check in of your baggage at the Transfer Desk.
5. Exit the arrivals area and board a shuttle bus at the shuttle bus stop for T2. Take the shuttle bus from the shuttle bus stop to T2 (free of charge).
6. Arrive at T2 departure area and go through security check.
7. Proceed to the boarding gate for your departing flight.
PR Philippines domestic flight (T2) ⇒ PR international flight (T1)
1. After disembarking, proceed to the T2 Domestic Arrivals Exit.
2. Please move to the Terminal Transfer Waiting Area (TTWA) and go through the security inspection by the Office of Transportation Security (OTS).
3. Take the shuttle bus from the Terminal Transfer Waiting Area (TTWA). (Free of charge)
4. Upon arrival at T1, please go through passport control.
5. Please undergo security check and proceed to the departure area.
6. Proceed to the boarding gate for your departing flight.
*If you are connecting to a flight to the U.S.A. or Canada, you will be required to go through an additional security check and should follow the instructions of airport staff.
*The above information applies only to connections between PR flights (including PAL Express).
*The transfer procedures are subject to change without notice. Please follow the instructions of airport staff.
About Lounge Service
Business Class, Mabuhay Miles Senior Members (Million Miler/Premier Elite/Elite) and ANA Mileage Club Senior Members (Diamond/Platinum/SFC) who fly on Japan routes and PR domestic flights operated by ANA code-sharing with ANA ANA Mileage Club members (Diamond/Platinum/SFC) who fly on PR domestic flights operated by PR on Japan routes and ANA code-share flights to the Philippines are entitled to use the following lounges at Manila Airport. Please present your Business Class boarding pass or status card and boarding pass when entering the lounge.
